One Static Frequency Converter in Three Output Modes – Redefining Versatility

Most three-phase static frequency converters (SFCs) on the market can handle three-phase and single-phase loads, but they fail completely when you need to power a split-phase (two-phase) device. At Doer Power Tech, one SFC can satisfy with three output modes: three-Phase, single-Phase, and split-phase loads.

If your work involves testing equipment designed for the US power grid – where 240V (L1-L2)and 120V (L-N) are standard – Our newly designed Static Frequency Converter breaks that limitation. It is the first truly versatile SFC that gives you three independent output modes in one compact unit.

Three Output Modes for Maximum Flexibility – Take our 60kVA 3-phase SFC as a typical example.

  1. Three-Phase Mode: Connect a standard three-phase load, and the SFC delivers its full 60kVA rating, with 20kVA per phase. Perfect for motors, pumps, or industrial machinery power loads.
  2. Independent Single-Phase Mode: Need to test several single-phase devices with different voltage requirements? Each phase voltage is independently adjustable. You can effectively use the unit as three separate single-phase power sources – ideal for R&D labs and single-phase loads application with different volts.
  3. Split-Phase (Two-Phase) Mode – The Unique Advantage: This is where our SFC come-up remarkably among the competitors on market. When your load is wired as split-phase – typically 240V between L1 and L2, and 120V from each line to neutral (common for US  equipment) – our SFC powers it natively. In this mode, the unit provides 40kVA total, with L1-L2 voltage fixed at 240V. No external transformer, no modification – just connect and run.

Sum-up: The SFC can be Used as power supply to supply 3 Phase + Neutral and adjust output voltage from 0 to 520V (depend on test object). And be flexible with split phase / 2 phase and Neutral from SFC 3Phase 60kVA . It means the SFC could operate unbalance load condition. The SFC is able to operate 2 phase mode and the output kVA of 2 phase mode is 40kVA.

Beyond Output Modes – Fully Programmable Performance

A versatile SFC must also adapt to your exact testing requirements. Our unit offers:

  • Voltage range: 0–520V, with programmable step increments (e.g., 0.1, 1V, 5V, 10V steps).
  • Frequency range: 40Hz – 400Hz, also with adjustable step values.(e.g., 1Hz, 5Hz, 10Hz steps).
  • Cycle testing: Set run time, hold time, and number of test cycles directly from the HMI touch screen.
  • Remote control & monitoring: Optional RS485 communication (Modbus RTU) for integration into automated test benches.

Whether you are simulating grid volts & frequencies variation in different regions, performing frequency conversion for export compliance, or running 24/7 endurance tests, load loss tests and no load loss tests – this SFC gives you complete versatility and control.

Where Does This Matter?

  • Manufacturing test lines that produce three-phase, single-phase and split-phase end-products.
  • Laboratories testing power supplies or appliances for the US market.
  • Aerospace & defense where 400Hz and split-phase outputs are common.

Stop struggling with multiple converters or temporary solutions. One SFC does it all – three-phase, single-phase, and split-phase – with precision and ease.
